We believe every individual has the right to be treated fairly, with dignity and respect—regardless of age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief, socio-economic background, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Actively challenging discrimination, harassment, and inequality.
  • Embedding equality and diversity across our media content, projects, training, recruitment, and engagement activities.
  • Complying with all relevant legislation and adopting best practice in equal opportunities.
